Our Experts reviews applicants and verifies/adjudicates eligibilities claimed (i.e., CTAP/ICTAP/FPL, Veterans Preference, Peace corps, Schedule A, Current/Former federal employees, Military Spouse Preference etc.). Reviews resumes, transcripts, performance appraisals and SF-50s (if applicable) to determine if applicant meets minimum qualifications of the position advertised. Ensures all transcripts are thoroughly reviewed for positions with individual occupational requirement (IOR) in accordance with OPM qualification standards for professional and scientific series. Verifies time-in-grade for vacancies open to federal employees.
Our experts refer lists of quality candidates in accordance with Delegated Examining or Merit Promotion procedures. We provide selecting officials with instructions on selection process as well as information on Merit System Principals/Prohibited Personnel Practices.

Assigns applicable New Hire tasks to include state and federal tax forms, Declaration for Federal Employment (OF-306), Appointment Affidavit (SF-61) and other appropriate standard and or optional forms.
